About the team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.

Job Description

► You’ll provide services for all country sales organizations in detective controls in accordance with regional & local instructions
► You’ll search for additional information in SAP for the issues “at questions” (e.g. record changes, additional parameters, related documents, etc.)
► You’ll collect clarifications/proofs for the issues “at questions” from local responsibles.
► You’ll provide advice and first-level support for local responsibles for expected process adjustments (e.g. explain which parameters should be selected in WorkOn or which changes are required in local detective control documentation)
► You’ll create reports and submit them for approvals
► You’ll escalate topics to the Detective Control Coordinator, which are overdue according to DC instructions
► You’ll proactively raise questions/improvement ideas to DC coordinator.

Qualifications

Who you are:

► You have good knowledge of sales processes
► You are an experienced user of SAP (CMD, MMD, orders, deliveries, invoices, pricing structure, statuses, document flow, custom layout, data extracts)
► You are an experienced user of Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, signing)
► You have experience with SharePoint (download, upload, notification setting, synchronization)
► You are familiar with MS Teams
► You are reliable team player with strong communication skills
► You have problem solver attitude and focus on details
► You are fluent in oral and written communication in English
