Regional Learning and Development Expert

We are looking for a Learning and Development Expert to help our employees advance their skills, knowledge and reach their full potential. The Learning and Development Expert is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and developing the coaching and training process at the regional level. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow, but also keep a strong focus on the needs of the organisation.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• You are responsible for the creation of Transcom training programs.
• You are responsible for supporting the client’s training program development.
• You are responsible for the design of e-learning modules for Transcom University.
• You deliver leadership training to different overhead staff.
• You support and monitor the short and long-term development of overhead staff.
• You organise individual coaching sessions for Transom leaders.
• You create an enthusiastic, positive, and safe learning environment.
• You support different global/cluster-wide initiatives and processes from the trainer’s perspective.
• You travel, when necessary, to other Transcom Sites.
• You develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

We are looking for:

• You have a minimum one year of coaching background (preference will be given to candidates from customer service/ BPO industry).
• It is desirable that you have finished studies related to personnel (e.g. psychology, human resources management, business administration, andragogy).
• You are trained and you have recognized certificates in the field of Learning and Development.
• You have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are a strong communicator, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and have a confident demeanor.
• You work in an organized, structured, and independent manner.
• You can work goal- and solution-oriented.
• You have sufficient experience in training.
• Strong verbal and written skills in Serbian and Bosnian (C2)
• You have an advanced level of English (C1) in oral and written communication.
