As the Relocation Service, we take the lead in supporting and assisting our colleagues in their relocation process worldwide. Our main goal is to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our clients as they transition to their new location. Our focus is on providing the necessary capabilities and resources to make the relocation process faster, more efficient, and ultimately successful for our clients.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Relocation Coordinator. As a Relocation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the relocation process of household goods for our company associates. You will work closely with various departments and external service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient relocation experience for our employees.
- Coordinate and oversee the entire relocation process of household goods for company associates
- Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective relocation services
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to relocation process
- Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to relocation activities.
Qualifications
Who you are?
- Bachelor's degree or the last year of studies in economics, organizational sciences or philology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluent English mandatory / German language is very advantageous
