- Group calendar and travel planning
- Tracking of budgets and PSP elements
- Capacity planning for process support: Service agreement (DLV) planning and tracking of PO
- IPN support (technical): IPN projects
- Competence management at the IPN level for relevant processes
- Project review: Traceability concept and implementation status, concepts
- MCI calculation when requested
- Application of the process, issuance, optimization, and improvement within PciP and IPN
- Further development of standardized production capacities (e.g., tool design, process parameters, etc.)
- Benchmarking within IPN regarding technical availability (e.g., best practice in process changes)
- Contact person for engineering regarding new product development
- Responsibility for the specification and commissioning of processes, machines, and equipment
- Responsibility for the specification and commissioning of MAE processes during the acquisition process
- Support for IPN in MAE projects (upgrades, relocation, new lines, etc.)
- Standardization within IPN and execution of process confirmation on-site
- Defining measurement techniques and metrics for core processes
- Service provider for Value Stream
- Improvement of technical availability and quality (waste rate) influenced by the process
- Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of test results
- Remote and on-site support for production plants
- Collaboration in root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Creates and maintains process knowledge documentation for production processes
- Employee training. Internal training of TEF, MSE, and QMM colleagues (e.g., technicians and TPM engineers)
- Participates in knowledge exchange about processes within IPN
- Development of close relationships within the global expert network
- Level VI-VII diploma (Mechanical Engineer or similar)
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of product, manufacturing processes/machines
- Networks within IPN and Bosch experts is considered as advantage
- Normal working environment, White collar job group
