Sales Operations Analyst

Key Accountabilities:

• Analyze sales data to track performance against targets and KPIs.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks in sales performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue growth and market share.
• Automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate data availability.
• Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning by leveraging historical data and market trends.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and promotional campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Analyze customer data to understand buying behaviors and preferences.
• Collaborate with IT and sales teams to enhance CRM and sales tools.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience working with CRM and sales performance tracking systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
