You will be part of a full-stack international digitalization team consisting of architects, developers, analytics colleagues and project managers located in Denmark, Germany, China, and Serbia.

What is the job about?

As a SCRUM Master, you will facilitate and build an agile environment for our four development teams. Your aim is to ensure that they have the right conditions for delivering continuous value according to their sprint goal commitments towards our
agile release train. You will facilitate daily self-organization to ensure that we have the right sense of ownership, resources, and competences to achieve our goals.
You will be guiding and coaching the teams to continuously improve the way of working by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.

Overall, your day-to-day tasks will revolve around:

• Coaching the Development Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality. Being aware about team health and guiding the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working;
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed;
• Helping Product Owners understand product planning in a practical environment. Ensuring the Product Owners know how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value and enable them understand and practice agility;
• Supporting the Development Team in creating high-value products;
• Removing obstacles to the Development Team’s progress;
• Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management while determining the framework for our SCRUM setup;
• Guiding the Scrum Team to appreciate the value of precise and brief Product Backlog items;
• Adapting our setup to increase the productivity of the Scrum Team, ex. Automatization of our own processes;
• Develop own skills and prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events.

What do you need to apply?

You are open-minded with great collaboration and facilitation skills that enable you to work with software professionals on technical projects. Also, you enjoy facilitating and encouraging innovation. Familiarity with technical project management and international development processes can be advantageous.

We imagine that you have:

• Leadership experience on any level.
• Certified as Scrum master or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of team dynamics and how teams work.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant areas or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or other software development management tools.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Having a background in software development will be beneficial.
