Senior Launch Engineer
Your Tasks as Senior Launch Engineer:
- Lead the introduction of new products or modification of products within assigned area using APQP and PPAP tools from development to launch.
- Manage the Launch Quality team, safe launch of quality process in coordination with lead plants for Power Electronics, SMD Technology and Electronics
- Lead Corrective action activities related to internal manufacturing processes.
- Setup of Quality system and Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Quality system.
- Product evaluation and optimization, failure analysis and presentation of the results to main stakeholder
Your Profile as Senior Launch Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Mechatronic or similar engineering area
- 3-5+ years advanced and preferably with experience in Microcontroller, Power Electronic, automotive, SMD Technology
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
- Expert-level knowledge of commonly used practices within Quality Engineering such as Six Sigma
