WE ARE LOOKING FOR
SPECIALIST FOR PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AND RECRUITMENT who will be responsible for selection and recruitment process, onboarding process, training and development of employees and performance management process.
In order to effectively fill open positions, you will use digital channels and assessment tools, develop and maintain recruitment base of candidates, create traditional and digital recruitment campaigns. On this position you will work on identifying training needs in cooperation with the HR team, make training plans, create, enable and evaluate annual training plans and manage activities in the training center. It is expected to implement and develop all "Graduate Programs" (for graduated interns) in order to adequately fill vacant positions (mass and specialist).
You will also be involved in all HR transversal projects and Business partnership activities.
Candidate should have/be:
- University degree in relevant filed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people development and recruitment
- Proactive, innovative, pragmatic, open to changes
- Independent, self-driven, persistent to deliver solution
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious to grow in a large international corporate environment
- Excellent in use MS Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Fluent in English
