Student Coordinator

As our Student Coordinator you would be responsible for coordination of all activities related to student engagement in the RT-RK Company. You will serve as a liaison between students, their technical mentors and our group leaders in order to determine best internship practices.

Your role would include:

Project coordination
Leading and monitoring internship and scholarship programs
On-boarding and regular communication with students
Communication between the RT-RK faculty department and the RT-RK company
Database update
Creation and implementation of marketing activities
Event coordination
Presentation and promotion of student programs
Evaluation of students’ satisfaction with RT-RK Institute programs
Data analysis and action proposal to improve student programs

Requirements:

University degree in social sciences - preferably Organizational Sciences, Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management
English language (minimum B2 level)
Experience in project management
Experience in marketing activities
Proactivity, initiative
High organizational skills
Strong analytical skills and orientation towards details
Responsible, dedicated and reliable personality
