• Proven headhunter, with 5 years of experience and abilities to achieve tremendous success, shown through CV.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Run a full recruitment process for the Balkan region.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior HR leaders to move candidates along the selection and hiring process.
• Drive focused candidate searches through a variety of channels: Social Media, Job posting websites, individual interviews, etc.
• Successfully source active and passive candidates for assigned searches.
• Complete pre-screen assessments on candidates that meet the minimum requirements for assigned positions and provide detailed summaries to hiring managers.
• Improve the  candidate’s experience in our recruitment processes;
• Market mapping;
