System Requirements Management Engineer
Your tasks and responsibilities as a System Requirements Management Engineer:
- Responsible for System Requirements Management of complex R&D state-of-the-art projects in the field of Electric
- Drive Systems and Power Converters (Inverter, DC-DC Converter), as enablers of Electric Mobility
- Develop System Specification in form of System Requirements for Electric Drive Systems and Power Converters, that will guide the design of the system
- Responsible for planning, technical coordination, and reporting the development scope of the Requirements Management during the project life cycle
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams
- Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) approach including analysis and evaluation
- Create System Requirements in Codebeamer (or equivalent tool e.g., DOORS) by using appropriate policies, standards, and methods
- Follow V-model system design process. Ensure bi-directional traceability by maintaining requirements, attributing, and linking strategy, versioning and exchanging specifications
Your profile as a System Requirements Management Engineer:
- University degree in Electrical (Electronic, Power) Engineering, Vehicle Technologies, or comparable studies
- Previous experience with Embedded HW and/or SW development and/or system engineering
- Proactive communication and technical discussion
- Professional experience in the automotive sector is desired
- Experience in processes and standards of System Development (ASPICE, ISO 26262, etc.) is desired
- Experience in handling tools such as Codebeamer, DOORS, or equivalent tools is desired
- Dealing with complex issues in interdisciplinary teams
- Flexible, stress-resistant, collaborative, and communicative
- Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
