We are looking for:

Talent Acquisition Junior

Responsibilities:

• Attract candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques
• Proactively seek new avenues to identify and attract candidates
• Interviewing candidates using structured and competency-based guidelines
• Handle the logistics of hiring processes – from publishing ads and tracking candidates to interview scheduling
• Keep data on applicants and hiring processes accurate and up-to-date
• Coordinate and provide timely feedback to candidates in order to sustain positive candidate experience
