We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Key responsibility of the HR Talent Advisor is to own the whole recruiting process from job advertising to selection of candidates. Main emphasis is on leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line. In addition, the role may participate in administrative support tasks. The emphasis on specific roles or functions will vary during the year based on planning cycles and future strategic business plans.

Principal Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

  • Involvement in the recruiting planning, budgeting and approval
  • Managing applicants` pool and proposes short-listed candidates for placement
  • Participate in the selection process
  • Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing candidates for second interviews
  • Publishing and updating job ads on careers pages
  • Sourcing, headhunting and research through social media
  • Candidate’s screening
  • Scheduling interviews and follow up
  • Conducting initial interviews
  • Reference and background checks
  • Follows closely the onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Follow on probation periods and performance review process

Administration:

  • Coordinate access of the candidates to the business premises
  • May handle preparation of employment contracts and present offers
  • May store, copy and scan contracts and company policies
  • May prepare monthly HC and recruiting reports
  • May support set-up of employee in HRIS, or other systems
  • Provide document support by managing CVs, candidates`data
  • Supports HR reporting requirements as required
  • May support employee relations topics
  • May contribute to HR projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Level Specifications:

  • Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, hiring, contracting, onboarding)
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools and psychological tests is a benefit
  • Knowledge of employment and labor regulations
  • Very good language skills in English and Serbian
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office; knowledge of SAP or Workday is a plus
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills

Education/Experience:

  • Ideally 1-2 years relevant experience within HR
  • Higher School or equivalent, university degree would be an advantage
