


Recruitment:
- You will lead the recruitment processes form junior to senior level positions for different businesses and support functions
- You will work with the Hiring Managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, from setting the profile to conducting testing and interviews and extending the employment offer
- You will prepare, present offers, coordinate post-offer activities, and ensure new hires are fully prepared for their start date
- You will facilitate a positive candidate experience and maintain the integrity and compliance of the selection process, all while upholding hiring standards
- You will track key process measures and maintain the online applicant tracking system (Success Factors)
- When needed, you will organize internal assessment centers
- You will follow-up with the Employee Services Specialist to ensure the hiring of the employee as per agreed timeframe
- You will offer support to the line managers in setting up the onboarding activities for the new employees and in equipment allocation
Employer Branding:
- You will be our ambassador for the external candidates, embedding our EVP (Employer Value Proposition) in all our assets and communications
- You will organize the local youth dedicated events (job fairs, training, webinars, conference, company presentations) run by Nestlé or our partners.
- You will generate communication content for Social Media and for Nestle’s profile on various platforms
- You will prepare and run communication campaigns for the events together with the Communication team
- You will collaborate with a regional Recruitment Marketing Team to participate at various Social Media Employer Branding campaigns.

- Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and result focus.
- You have bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of experience on similar position.
- Experience in organizations with matrix structure would be considered as an advantage.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you are good in priority setting and multitasking.
- You have strong passion to attracting the best talents on the market.
- Strong People Agility and skilled communication to ensure successful management of different stakeholders.
- Resilient to ensure delivery of goals despite changing environment or landscape.
- Previous experience in employer branding is advantage.
- Previous experience in Applicant Tracking System (SFs) is advantage.
- You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, and proficient level in MS Office package.
