Key Responsibilities:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Electrical Assembly team in Subotica
- Planning and monitoring of assembly processes: control cabinet construction and cable production
- Monitoring production schedules and ensuring delivery deadlines are met
- Driving improvements and adjustments to our products and workflows – participation in change commissions and continuous improvement processes
- Structured analysis of quality issues and initiation of corrective actions with the team
- Responsibility for documenting processes (work instructions, procedural instructions, checklists, inspection protocols, assembly process plans)
- Providing support in troubleshooting and problem-solving during assembly
- Ensuring safety, order, cleanliness, and maintenance of production equipment in the work area
- Handling all administrative tasks in the Electrical Assembly, such as employee reviews and evaluation matrices
- Organizing onboarding for new employees
Position requirements:
- 3 years of experience in the field of electrical design or assembly
- Technical training, ideally with a qualification as an Engineer or Technician
- Strong commitment, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset
- Experience in vocational training and/or professional development
- Business-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- High standards for quality and precision
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills across departments and teams
- Independent, responsible, and hands-on working style
- Flexible and team-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Advanced level of English language
- Advanced level of German language will be considered as an advantage
