Travel Consultant - English language

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact between travel agencies and hotels (suppliers).
• Build and maintain professional relationship with all stakeholders (travel agencies, hotels, and relevant internal departments).
• Maintain clear and professional communication with all relevant parties primarily via e-mail and via phone calls when needed.
• Respond to all inquiries to travel agencies regarding terms and conditions related to hotel booking.
• Make booking confirmations and process requests related to all changes and/or cancellations of travel reservations.
• Responsible for handling all travel issues, complaints, cancelations, refunds, and in-resort situations that arises when the guest is in the hotel in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with set standards of customer service to ensure customer confidence, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Achieve individual productivity and customer service targets to support delivery of team/departmental targets.
• Ensure that all forms of contact are handled quickly and with a friendly ‘can do’ attitude, whilst achieving and exceeding sales & service performance targets against key indicators.
• Handle refunds, complicated disputes, re-calculation of prices, price matches based on any changes in the itineraries or travel plans, and make necessary amendments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum High School degree
• Fluency in English language
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach and drive to achieve performance & business targets
• A confident communicator with proven persuasive and influencing skills
• IT literate and quick to learn
• Readiness to work in shifts, weekends included
• Previous experience in Travel Industry will be taken as an advantage
• Right to live and work in Serbia
