Electromechanical - a differentiated supplier of automation and precision motion control solutions, and highly engineered electrical interconnects, specialty metals and thermal management systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable, general ledger, and inventory accounting
- Performing account reconciliation and clarification, and ensuring accurate data entry
- Ensuring compliance with SOX, tax regulations and managing corporate income tax and trade tax matters
- Actively participating in internal and external audits and providing necessary documentation
- Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Participate in the accounting part of Acquisitions and Mergers
- Contribute to the implementation of new processes and systems
- Analyzing financial data and providing insights to improve reporting
Job Requirements:
- Completed commercial training (e.g. office clerk) or equivalent qualification (e.g. financial accountant)
- 3 or more years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Google Navision is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Very good in German and in English, both written and spoken
