Cloud Data Engineer
Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
- Analyze and enable business requests for advanced data analytics and insights generation
- Build, integrate and sustainably deploy data pipelines
- Develop, maintain, optimize data structures in a data lake platform (data preparation, data ingestion, resource development, data quality)
- Conduct data integration across on-prem, cloud and hybrid infrastructure
- Derive data model and architecture
- Implement data security and privacy guidelines based on Bosch standards
- Develop and implement data provisioning strategy (APIs, exports and others)
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on relevant position here with hands on experience in Data Integration projects
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform and belonging services, certification in the area is a plus
- You are at expert level for ETL skills (preferred Azure Data Factory and Databricks, PySpark)
- You have very good SQL knowledge and an understanding of data models
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-driven and highly motivated to work independently while contributing to and shaping a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
