Job Description
 You will work with technical department on:
  • Translating business related requirements into technical development tasks.
  • Improving existing SAP Marketing Cloud functionalities through implementation of technical requirements and bug fixing processes.
  • Developing new SAP Marketing Cloud functionalities in order to further automate and improve customer journey experience.
  • Integrating, testing and improving data sources/interfaces in order to generate new marketable consumers as well as to enrich existing data base.
  • Importing third party data through manual and automated uploads into SAP Marketing Cloud.
  • Maintaining a healthy domain by monitoring sender reputation metrics.
  • Standardizing and documenting SAP Marketing Cloud processes.

You will work with Power Tools Business units on:
  • Identifying and understanding Marketing CRM related business requirements.
  • Consulting and communicating with sales and marketing department on planning and executing digital omnichannel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, Push notifications, etc.)
  • You will deliver general Marketing Cloud solution trainings for other colleagues worldwide.
  • Creation of reports that will serve as the base for campaign success, customer profiling and strategic decision making (KPI, number of marketable consumers, structure of registered products, etc.).
Qualification
  • Bachelor or Master degree (Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or similar).
  • Experience in IT industry above 3 years (i.e. implementation of software solution)
  • Experience with CRM Marketing applications (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
  • Experience with system integration applications (i.e. SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Microsoft Azure or similar) is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian (i.e. JIRA and Docupedia) or other project management tools will be considered as an advantage.
  • Experience in working across multiple teams and handling multiple stakeholders is appreciated.
  • Logical and systematic thinking.
  • Great communication and presentation skills (Including English).
