About the team

As the Mobility Aftermarket (MA) Business Digital Organization (MA/BDO) we lead, support and assist our MA business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our MA business units to be more efficient, faster, and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.

► You'll be expert in Customer Master Data Management. You'll standardize and continuously optimize the customer master landscape within Mobility Aftermarket WW.
► You'll be a center for requirements management WW. You'll create business master data concepts in alignment with operational departments, Process Owners and central RB governance functions to ensure the fit for MA.
► You'll conduct FIT/GAP analyzes and drive data clean-up activities as preparation for IT projects. In alignment with IT departments, you'll implement concepts within IT projects like S/4 Hana, perform end-to-end testing and conduct Key User trainings.
► You'll be increasing master data quality is your driver. You'll lead customer master digitalization projects and introduce master data KPI’s supported by automated analytics solutions. You'll focus on fast and scalable solutions.
► You'll support and educate peers in data modeling and rule-based master data management. You'll consult Key User and provide 3rd Level support.

► Education: completed university studies in business, economics, computer science or a comparable subject
► Experience and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Customer Master Management, Process Knowledge ideally in O2C and/or R2S, SAP R/3 and S/4 MDM, Athena Stibo-Step, Project Management Skills, Data and Information Modeling Skills, Agile Principles Preferred: Data Analytics Skills 
► Personality and Working Practice: dynamic, independent, solution oriented, team player, reliable way of working
► Languages: English business fluent in written and spoken
