We’re looking for an Hours of Service specialist to join our team!
What will you be responsible for?
- Keeping track of driver Hours of Service (HoS) to ensure safe and legal driving practices
- Reviewing and supervising driver logs for accuracy and compliance
- Monitoring driving behavior to ensure it's in line with regulations, and proactively addressing any potential violations
- Flagging irregularities and working with other departments to prevent future issues
- Communicating directly with drivers, especially when it comes to repeated violations
- Providing support to drivers on the road in case of ELD (electronic logging device) malfunctions
- Ensuring proper use and condition of tracking and logging equipment
- Assisting drivers with minor ELD troubleshooting
