EMC Validation Teamleader
Your Tasks:
- Professional EMC-management and setup of the Project team in close cooperation with EMC-Teams worldwide;
- Leading the team in project management regarding EMC system requirements and system architecture to ensure a cross-customer modular product system and coverage of all customer requirements;
- Leading the team in derivation/creation of system requirement specifications considering the customer specifications;
- Leading the team in planning and coordination of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests and qualifications;
- Negotiation of requirements, deviations, and measures with customer;
- Leading taskforces regarding EMC and report to the customer (customer interface);
- First escalation level for customer topics;
- Setup of processes regarding costs and project planning, product release and change management.
Your profile:
- University degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering or comparable or several years of professional experience in a comparable position;
- Experience in managing an engineering team;
- Theoretical and practical experience in the field of EMC and power electronics;
- Knowledge of common EMC Standards, Design Rules;
- Adaptive to project teams, organizational structures and customers;
- Good command of written and spoken English, German knowledge is helpful;
- Willingness to travel.
