Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our team in Belgrade and oversee, one of business streams, day-to-day financial operations.
Main Duties:
- Operational controlling of departments of Business Services.
- Monitoring costs of Transformation Projects.
- Creation and analysis of the monthly, quarterly and annual reports for various stakeholders on Operational business and Projects.
- Business Planning & Forecasting - Creation of forecasts and budgets in close cooperation with Functional Managers. For Operational business as well as for Projects.
- Monthly financial result reviews with Managers.
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis and presentations for management and functional departments.
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Support in pricing of services.
- Projects to improve operational financial processes and ongoing reporting.
Education and experience required:
Completed commercial or economic education (university, university of applied sciences) with a specialization in finance/controlling and/or relevant work experience. 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Prefered Skills to perform the job:
- 100% team player.
- Hands on mentality.
- Pronounced affinity for numbers and analytical way of thinking.
- Structured and independent way of working with a corresponding sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of international accounting (IFRS/US-GAAP) is of advantage.
- Very good MS Office knowledge; SAP (FI / CO) knowledge beneficial.
- Very good knowledge of English (written and oral), German beneficial.
