About the team:

The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Job Description

1. Financial Analysis & Cost Control:
► Conduct cost analysis, including comparison with prior periods and benchmarking.
► Manage and steer optimization and creation of cost centers.
► Develop and monitor cost reports using Power BI tools for internal reporting and decision-making.
► Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
► Support audits and compliance reviews as needed.
► Collaborate with the controlling team to ensure accurate financial data and alignment with company policies.

2. Planning & Forecasting:
► Create purchase orders and forecast future purchase orders throughout the fiscal year.
► Conduct cost planning and adjustments in collaboration with CTG counterparts in headquarters and regions.
► Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
► Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and provide actionable insights.
► Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans.

3.Reporting & Communication:
► Maintain efficient communication with stakeholders, presenting simplified cost structures and reports.
► Regularly communicate with the local GS department onsite for coordination and control of location overhead costs.
► Participate in the control and analysis of location and departmental overhead costs, in conjunction with department leaders, office assistants, and department assistants.
► Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
► Develop and implement reporting processes and tools to enhance transparency and decision-making.

4. Additional Responsibilities:
► Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
► Provide training and support to team members on financial processes and tools.
► Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business improvements.
► Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and efficient.
► Collaborate with controlling and finance teams to streamline financial operations and enhance data accuracy.

Qualifications

Who you are?
► You have Bachelor's degree in Economics, preferably with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.

You would be a perfect match to our team if:
► You have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions, ideally within large, complex organizations.
► You have advanced skills in Power BI and MS Excel.
► You have experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
► You have demonstrated analytical abilities and the capacity to work with large data volumes.
► You have excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information in an understandable manner.
► You have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
► You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
► You have proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
