Foreign Trade Internship

Job Description

Preparation of documentation for import/export customs clearance process
Communication with Sales department regarding shipments in the import/export procedure
Communication with the warehouse and organizing distribution towards final customers
Providing monthly reports to Finance department (regarding imported goods)
Organization of shipping/receiving free-of-charge and sample shipments with foreign partners

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Proactive team player with exceptional communication skills
SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage
