For our office in Belgrade, we are looking for:
Key Account Manager – Pharma Channel
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key pharmaceutical clients (pharmacy chains, wholesalers, healthcare institutions)
- Negotiate commercial terms, rebates, annual agreements, and promotional activities
- Implement sales and marketing strategies in line with company goals
- Manage budgets and analyze ROI for all commercial initiatives
- Lead projects related to product launches and distribution expansion
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with legal and pharmaceutical regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, medical, marketing, supply chain, finance)
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure seamless end-to-end service execution for clients
Candidate profile:
- University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (Key Account, Sales Representative, Product Manager)
- Proven experience working with pharmacy chains and knowledge of pharma channel dynamics
- Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory framework
- Proficiency in English and MS Office tools (CRM experience is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset, independence, and goal orientation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
