Support in Lean processes: 5S, Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP); Employee Suggestion System (ESS); Flow Oriented Layout (FOL); Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
Support in improvement of processes to increase employees’ satisfaction
Collecting production management data
Lean training of employees
Other tasks given by mentor

Qualifications

Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, etc.
Advanced Excel skills
Proactive and structured work
Good organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
Fluency in English; additional language would be considered as advantage
Knowledge of Lean management would be considered as advantage
