Logistics Customs and Transport Intern

Job Description

Communication and obtaining mandatory documentation for the implementation of the customs procedure
Preparation of additional documents requested by customers
Tracking and monitoring temporary admission process (returnable packaging flow)
Checking and controling of export and import documentation
Submission of originals customs declarations to the customs office
Implementation of export and import formalities (in-house)
Preparation of necessary documents for customs authorities and placement of customs stamps on goods
Scanning and archiving documentation
Regular and ad hoc reporting
Optimization of transport routes
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and finding solutions for their improvement
Daily communication with the LSP-s Leadership in critical transport situations

Qualifications

Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
Advanced Excel skills
Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
Proactive and structured work
Good organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and teamwork
Fluency in English
