For our AMETEK CTS business unit, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist at our location in Subotica, Serbia.

Key resposibilities:

• Receiving and shipping materials: accurately receive materials from suppliers and ship materials to customers, ensuring compliance with all regulations and international trade guidelines
• Inspection and verification: receiving materials and visually inspection for damage
• Unpacking materials, verifying count, and entering data into the exact system
• Shipping and documentation: sending shipping confirmations; entering and preparing shipping orders for international customers and the interoffice
• Warehouse management: storing materials in the proper location for use in production or to fulfill customer orders; rearranging and organizing materials to minimize floor space requirements and walking time
• Order fulfillment: pulling materials according to production orders, packing, and shipping to customers; generating shipping documents
• Return processing: receiving returned materials from customers and processing them through the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
• Inventory control: performing cycle counts as required to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lean project participation: actively participating in lean projects related to material management to improve efficiency

Position requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in operating computers and software, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills to identify basic problems, collect relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Familiarity with material handling equipment pallet jack, and other equipment is preferred
