Medior Data Engineer
- You will be designing, building and maintaining data pipelines and systems needed to collect, store and process large volumes of data efficiently.
- You will be developing and maintaining SQL databases for efficient data storage.
- You will be importing and transforming data into Power BI for insightful visualizations.
- You will be creating and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
- You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- You will be staying updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data engineering and business intelligence.
- Minimum required: Proficiency in data engineering tools (medior level), including Python, Spark, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (candidates who do not meet these minimum requirements will not be considered)
- Preferred: Proficiency in Azure Purview and Synapse
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational database management systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and report development.
- Experience with scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Relevant university degree (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineering)
