Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for quality issues related to machine performance and maintenance
- Apply engineering principles to analyze and improve equipment reliability and process consistency
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for machine-related defects
- Monitor and optimize machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality
- Ensure incoming mechanical components meet quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to maintain high-quality output and compliance with ISO 9001:2015
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in machine reliability and process control
- Conduct equipment audits and inspections to maintain high product standards
- Use statistical process control and maintenance logs to monitor production quality
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment aligned with 5S and equipment safety standards
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and equipment reliability
- Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of production equipment
- Collaborate with the Quality and Health & Safety teams to resolve equipment-related issues
- Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance records and inspection reports
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of machine maintenance and sensor technologies
- Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to pursue further formal training
- Proficient in IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- English language proficiency (B2 level)
