The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Job Description

► Product Managers (PM) work as key members of a cross-functional product development team to build outstanding technical product portfolio during the product life cycle in Mobility Aftermarket.
► PM performs all product life cycle based product marketing processes for the assigned products i.e. product launches and prohibitions based on different parameters like profitability assessment, delivery obligations, incl. internal and external supplier management due to relocations and/or end of production.
► PM does continuous market monitoring of competitors incl. conduct of product benchmarking that can result with possible adjustment of product strategy.
► PM proposes and follows up measures to increase sales, reduce costs, increase profitability and define proper product price positioning.
► You will support senior product management in Germany

Qualifications

► You have finished academic studies (preferably in technical orientation)
► You have professional experience in product marketing or sales, preferably in automotive business
► You have advanced knowledge of MS Excel and basic knowledge of MS Access
► You have high market and customer orientation
► You have excellent analytical capabilities
► You have very good communication skills
► You are willing to assume responsibility
► You have well-structured operating method
► You have high ability to work in an international team
► You are proficiency in English
