You will join our Data Solutions & Automation team which is committed to delivering solutions that will increase speed and simplicity as well as making data available to improve the production setup. All solutions are delivered in a modularized setup to future proof our operations.
We work in a professional setup with product teams, well defined processes and close stakeholder management. Besides the ownership we have for our solutions, we provide data knowledge to our colleagues, to mature the data capabilities in our organization.

What is the job about?

As a Scrum Master, you will cultivate an agile mindset across four development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous value delivery. You’ll coach, facilitate, and remove obstacles to optimize team performance and self-organization.

Moreover, you will:

• Guide teams in agile best practices and self-organization
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure productive workflows
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and agile planning
• Remove roadblocks and foster a high-performing team environment
• Enhance Scrum processes for increased productivity and automation
• Stay ahead in agile methodologies and best practices

What do you need to apply?

You are open-minded with great collaboration and facilitation skills that enable you to work with software professionals on technical projects. Also, you enjoy facilitating and encouraging innovation. Familiarity with technical project management and international development processes can be advantageous.

We imagine that you have:

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
• Deep understanding of team dynamics and agile principles
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Proficient in English, with a background in software development
