YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• First point of contact for escalations and goodwill requests from marketplace agents.
• Processing customer and dealer inquiries.
• Right hand for technical questions for the Manager Marketplace.
• Continuous questioning and improvement of existing processes including maintenance of internal training documents.
• Recognizing and tracking overarching problem areas with our external partners.
• Support your ideas with (number-based) analysis.
• Training and quality monitoring of new and existing marketplace agents.
• Correct handling of goodwill provisions.
• Independent, continuous further training on a professional level.

YOUR SKILLS

• Business-related further training and experience as a business analyst are an advantage.
• Excel is no stranger to you and you have a flair for numbers and analysis.
• Have fun and enjoy dealing with processes and problems in detail (eye for detail). You can keep track of even more complex projects.
• Very good written and spoken English skills are a prerequisite. German language is a big plus.
• A willingness to challenge "how things have always been done" and propose more efficient, automated, or effective solutions.
• Use creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals.
