- Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks across the supply chain (e.g., supply disruptions, supplier capacity status, ordering fluctuations)
- Develop and implement risk-mitigation strategies
- Design, build, and maintain risk-assessment models and scenario analyses using data-analytics tools
- Drive risk-mitigation activities in coordination with plants, business units, and divisions, within a cross-functional setup including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, etc.
- Align planning horizons, assess risks, and propose and execute actions to avoid disruptions
- Define and manage escalation protocols for critical supply chain incidents
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for senior management, featuring Key Risk/Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for mitigation measures
- Develop standard operating procedures and lead workshops
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in supply chain or planning roles, preferably within logistics or purchasing sectors
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and risk management frameworks
- Advanced analytical skills; hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), Excel, SQL, or similar platforms considered an asset
- Familiarity with international logistics regulations and industry standards
- Proactive, systematic, and strategic thinker
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with change
- Advanced knowledge of English language
