There are 500 of us in Belgrade!

Two weeks ago, we celebrated a significant milestone in our Belgrade COE growth journey. We are very proud and glad to inform you that on Monday, 11th of October we officially welcomed our 500th Belgrade colleague!

This is an important and big moment for which we all deserve credit, as our most valuable resource are the people. Every day, we strive to create a work environment that celebrates hard work, trust and collaboration and where colleagues feel valued, rewarded and empowered. Thanks to the openness and team focus of all our colleagues and new joiners, we have been, are and will continue to invest our efforts in this successful growth story.

As we are all aware, this task hasn’t been easy. And although there is a lot of excitement in adding new capabilities, experience and perspectives, it all wouldn’t be possible without general collegiality, the hard work of the Talent team, creation of a healthy work environment and great recommendations from our employees that led to hiring wonderful people ready to reach their full potential.
