25. Septembra 2020.god u Beogradu Integrated Micro-Electronics (IMI) Niš uručeno je Nacionalno priznanje iz oblasti bezbednosti i zdravlje na radu IMI Srbija za 2019. godinu od strane Zorana Đorđevića, ministra za rad, zapošljavanje, boračka i socijalna pitanja.
IMI Niš je osvojio prvo mesto u kategoriji pravnih lica koji imaju manje od 250 zaposlenih. "Pravo na bezbedne i zdrave uslove na radu je osnovno pravo koje se nikome ne sme da bude uskraćeno", poručio je Zoran Đorđević tokom dodele nagrada. „Bezbednost i zdravlje na radu zahteva veliku posvećenost i rad, jer nekad mali i naizgled beznačajni propusti mogu dovesti do tragičnih posledica - do gubitka života“, dodao je on. Priznanje je dodeljeno kompaniji za doprinos u podizanju svesti zaposlenih o važnosti bezbednosti i zdravlja na radu.
Nagradu su u ime IMI Srbija primili Marija Jovanović, menadžerka ljudskih resursa i Nikola Menković, EHS supervizor.

IMI Serbia wins National award for health and safety at work
September 25, 2020, Belgrade, Serbia - IMI Serbia received the National Award for Health and Safety at Work for the year 2019 from Zoran Djordjevic, the country’s Minister of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs of the Republic.
The ceremony was held at Belgrade where IMI Serbia won first place in the category of Legal Entities with less than 250 Employees. "The right to safe and healthy working conditions is a basic right that must not be denied to anyone," said Djordjevic during the awards ceremony. “Safety and health at work require great dedication and work, because sometimes small and seemingly insignificant omissions can lead to tragic consequences - loss of life,” he added.
The recognition is given for the company’s important contribution in raising employees’ awareness on the importance of health and safety at work.
Marija Jovanovic, Human Resources Manager and Nikola Menkovic, Environment Health Safety & Security supervisor, received the award on behalf of IMI Serbia.
