Razvijanje podržavajuće, ali efikasne korporativne kulture, sa jasnim pomeranjem ka ličnoj odgovornosti na svakom nivou poslovanja, stvara povoljne prilike za rast, ne samo profita, već i zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Kultura odgovornosti i saradnje je ono što kompanija IMI promoviše. Svoju odgovornost svakodnevno izražavamo kroz odnos prema poslu, sebi i drugima, radnoj sredini i životnoj sredini. Da bi tim uspešno funkcionisao, svaki njegov član treba da se smatra ključnom karikom u njegovom funkcionisanju. Kako bismo ukazali na važnost odgovornosti i saradnje, u kompaniji IMI je održana radionica na ovu temu. Zaposleni su imali priliku da se uz video materijale i diskusiju podsete na koje sve načine možemo podržati i graditi dalje kulturu odgovornosti i saradnje.

A culture of accountability and collaboration i something that IMI promotes. We express our responsibility every day through our attitude towards work, ourselves and others, the working environment and the environment. In order for a team to function successfully, each of its members should be considered a key link in its functioning. Collaboration allows workers to see a bigger picture of the company. It shows that everyone at the company is needed, and their work matters.
In order to emphasize the importance of responsibility and collaboration, a workshop on this topic was held at the IMI company. Employees had the opportunity, with video materials and discussion, to remind themselves of all the ways in which we can support and further build a culture of accountability and collaboration.
