Job title: Accounts Payable Specialist (12 month FTC)

Office location: Belgrade with Hybrid working

About the role and the Team:

Responsible for Full-Cycle Accounts Payable processing, including examining, verifying, and reconciling a variety of transactions. Ensuring the purchase ledger records are kept up to date so the Finance team can produce accurate and timely financial information.  Ensuring all relevant data is accurately entered into the ERP system and maintained accordingly.

What will you be doing?

  • Processing large volumes of supplier invoices quickly and accurately
  • Maintaining financial controls are adhered to and ensure that suppliers are paid on time
  • Performing and supporting month-end and year-end activities
  • Respond to suppliers and stakeholders queries quickly, professionally with accurate information and advice
  • Assisting to line manager for processes to be created or improved
  • Providing accurate reports and information to the stakeholders in order to resolve GR queries, blocked invoices and other administrational queries related to the AP scope of work

What we are looking for:

  • University degree Desirable
  • Strong experience in Accounts Payable area
  • Strong English language and literature skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot, SUMIF, CONCATENATE)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of ERP software is an advantage, specifically SAP
  • Clear and professional telephone manner when speaking to 3rd parties
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
