Job title: Asset Manager

Office location: Serbia with Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

About the role and the Team:

As our Asset Process Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the organisation has full visibility, control, and optimisation of all assets across both our telecoms network infrastructure and internal IT estate. You'll be responsible for implementing robust, end-to-end asset governance—ensuring every physical and digital asset is accurately recorded, traceable, and aligned to financial, operational, and compliance standards. Success in this role means driving down cost and risk, improving lifecycle value, and enabling smarter investment decisions through trusted data and automation.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage and embed scalable, auditable asset management processes covering Testing and Release to procurement and decommission / disposal across both telecoms and IT estates.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready asset registers in alignment with regulatory, financial, and internal standards (e.g., Ofcom, ISO 55000, ISO 27001).
  • Align asset data across OSS/BSS, CMDB, ERP, and ITSM tools to enable seamless tracking, reporting, and automation.
  • Service Now Workflows and Dashboard creation and management.
  • Provide accurate and timely asset reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, and risk management at both operational and executive levels.
  • Serve as the central point of expertise for asset management, enabling alignment between Network Build, IT, Field Ops, Procurement, and Finance

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in asset management, IT operations, network operations, or a related field within telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure driven organisations
  • Proven experience in creating, improving, or embedding asset lifecycle processes
  • Strong working knowledge of both network infrastructure assets (passive and active) and corporate IT estate management
  • Hands-on experience with core business systems: Service Now, ERP, CMDB/ITSM, GIS and Asset/Inventory tools
  • Certification in Asset Management (e.g., IAM, ISO 55000) - Desirable
  • ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification - Desirable
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement qualification - Desirable
