We quest a Controlling Specialist for our plant in Aleksinac.

Job Introduction

Early and accurate planning, monitoring of the achieved financial result and analysis of all deviations, monitoring and control of compliance with existing and valid business processes and Magna policy

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in performing tasks in the field of controlling, planning and analysis, as well as other financial activities
• Monitoring and implementing all legal changes in the field of finance, accounting and bookkeeping;
• Participating in the development of the business plan (annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecasts) and monitoring its implementation
• Actively participate in tasks related to the closing of the month:
• Creating the required reports needed to close the month
• Analyzing of the variances between the last plan and the achieved results, as well as the reasons for the deviation
• Monitoring the movement of stocks of materials and finished products
• Preparation of reports after closing the month (requested by the group or local management)
• Analyzing individual business decisions in cooperation with the head of the sector, director of finance and director of the plant;
• Implementing and respecting the work plan in the finance department;
• Performing all other business analyzes requested by the head of the sector, director of finance or general manager of the factory;
• Cooperating and communicating with audit firms, banks or any other financial institutions;
• Working in Business Warehouse and prepares reports for monthly closing and business plan (annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecasts)
• Preparation and analysis of CAPEX (investments) and leasing calculations

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• VI or VII degree of professional qualification, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Management - finance major, Higher School of Economics.
• Active knowledge of the English language
• Computer skills
• SAP
• 1 year of experience in controlling (or in similar jobs in finance)
