Job title: Paid Digital Marketing Executive/Manager
Office location: Serbia with Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
About the role and the Team:
A highly driven and analytical digital marketing professional is needed to join our in-house paid digital marketing team, focusing on optimizing performance and driving innovation. Success in this full-time role means enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our paid digital channels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering measurable growth across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and Bing. This role will be key in shaping our paid media strategy and ensuring operational excellence, ultimately contributing to overall business objectives by maximizing paid media ROI.
What will you be doing?
- Platform Management & Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day operation and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across key platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search & Display), and Bing Ads.
- Performance & Efficiency Driving: Proactively identify opportunities to drive efficiency and performance uplift in all paid digital channels, implementing best practices and innovative strategies.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the constant growth and enhancement of paid digital channels, focusing on new features, betas, and emerging technologies.
- Process Improvement: Establish and refine scalable processes for campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and optimization to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all paid media activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Assist in the effective management and tracking of paid media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of spend to achieve business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing teams, creative teams, product teams, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscapes, actively seeking out and testing new approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all campaign data, tracking, and reporting.
What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles (
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Proven expertise across a variety of platforms, including Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads), GoogleAds (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
- Strong understanding of paid media strategies, ad formats, targeting options, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Proven ability to deliver against ambitious targets and drive performance uplift
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for digital channels
