About the role and the Team:
As a People Services Administrator, you will be a part of Hyperoptic's People Services team whose focus is administrative support for our employees. This includes inputting data to systems, producing contracts, reference letters and similar files, managing People Services team's inbox and ensuring our people files are up to date. You will work with the People Services Specialists who are the first point of contact for all people-related queries from employees and other stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
Administration:
- Administer people processes, ensuring all relevant departments and People Team are updated
- Create and maintain all employee files
- Ensure employee data storage compliance
- Maintain data accuracy at the highest level
- Provide general administration support to the People Services
People Processes:
- Assist with the key employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding, employment terms and conditions changes to offboarding
- Efficient usage of our electronic HRIS to store, manipulate and report on employee data
- Ensure all processes are completed in line with company procedures
- Ensure all work carried out is accurate
Reporting and projects:
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports from the HR system including headcount, absenteeism, salary, etc.
- Run and prepare reports for different stakeholders
Employee Queries:
- Act as a first point of contact for any employee queries and provide information or interpretation of policies or procedures
- Respond to all employee queries within the response time defined by SLA (Service Line Agreement)
- Provide an excellent customer service at all times
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (in both English and Serbian)
- Experience in a busy and dynamic office environment
- An ability to work with the highest level of confidentiality
- Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel,with some knowledge of HR Information Systems
- Previous experience in an HR admin role or HR Generalist role would be desirable
