Summary of key responsibilities/deliverables

Full process for processing statements of work for Infrastructure category as per established procedure.

What will you be doing?

General Administration regarding Statements of work:

  • Prioritise working demands to ensure minimal waiting times to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all relevant Statements of work are generated and followed with proper approval procedures
  • Ensure business continuity and smooth flow of SOW completion process and rollout.
  • Generate reports at end of installation projects and make sure all documentation is stored within proper folder archives
  • Manage the procurement operation inbox and ensure all urgent queries are responded to within required time limits

Employee Queries:

  • Act as a first point of contact for all employee queries
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders –to ensure required statements of work are processed swiftly
  • Liaise with accounts team to ensure that all necessary information is provided correctly so that payment is processed promptly

Reporting and projects:

  • Provide reports on ad-hoc basis using the procurement software on progress of completed statements of work, ones that are retroactive and ones currently in progress and their various statuses

What are we looking for?

  • College / University Diploma
  • Strong experience in procurement administration
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages (especially Excel)
  • Experience of ERP software is an advantage, specifically SAP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong English Language and Literature Skills
  • Clear and professional telephone manner when speaking to 3rd parties
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast pace environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
