Job title: Sales Associate

About the role and the Team:
Our Sales Associates are responsible for residential customer acquisition. This high activity target bearing role is primarily focused on working a daily pipeline of residential prospects, identifying additional opportunities and converting opportunities. The RSE is also expected to maintain meticulous records to track the outcomes from working the pipeline of opportunity.
Conversion of opportunity will come from engaging with customers directly via calls, emails, text. The role is office based to foster a “winning sales team” culture with colleagues generating a joint energy and momentum to achieve success.
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver new customer sales in line with monthly targets
- Take ownership of work and always look for opportunities to exceed targets
- Demonstrate a structured approach to sales, maximising every opportunity
- Demonstrate thorough fact-finds, ensuring customer needs have been met
- Able to negotiate and manage objections to secure successful outcomes
- Manage allocated pipeline effectively
- Build strong relationship with both potential and existing customers
- Act as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and take ownership of the customer journey

- Focused, energetic and self-motivated
- Experience working in sales driven or target driven role
