Job title: Senior Process Analyst
Office location with Hybrid working: Belgrade, Serbia
About the role and the Team:
As Senior Process Analyst you will lead in establishing processes that help achieve our Company Targets, and work closely with different teams and levels of stakeholders and be able to constructively challenge them to continually push for excellence to underpin the delivery of our KPIs.
As a Senior Process Analyst, you will be expected to become an expert/go-to in a specialism of Business Improvement and looked upon to coach others within Hyperoptic, as well as lead initiatives – you will lead by example setting the bar for excellence; i.e. whether that be delivering continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma or defining effective processes using BPMN and industry best practice process models like ETOM.
What will you be doing?
Define the to-be business process:
- Take a lead on defining to-be business process, influence stakeholders to think without constraints to create the target process needed to be successful and then work on the plan to get there
- Expertly avoids the pitfalls of agreeing a process which will fail as we have created it within constraints – constraints being current org structure, roles / responsibilities, head count, systems etc.
Establish and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives:
- The lead will be expected to establish - Continuous Improvement within an area or end-to-end process
- Be an expert on the DMAIC A3 method (and have working knowledge of DMADV) and deliver multiple projects in
a financial quarter using these methods to demonstrate real impact on key drivers of company KPIs - Establish the governance in an area / process to sustain Continuous Improvement activities, to ensure simple ‘Just Do It' activities led by the businesses are followed through and not forgotten
- Coach others within Hyperoptic on the use of lean / six sigma tools that they can apply in their day to day
Maintain business process and proactively push for process excellence:
- The lead will be expected to maintain business process to account for changes (down to Process Level 4), having close ties with the process owners (and holding them responsible if they fall short of the responsibilities expected of a process owner)
- The lead will push for process excellence at lower level process i.e. SOPs, even if they are not responsible for maintaining the document
Manages business stakeholders:
- Maintains strong relationships with process owners and seen as a go-to for process knowledge / continuous improvement activity
- Ensures the right stakeholders are engaged when reviewing problems, performing root cause or creating solutions
- Owns the tracker of continuous improvement initiatives within an area / process that is prioritised with the Process Owner
- Works with change management teams on significant changes to ensure there is documentation and training to maximize value achieved from improvements whilst minimizing adverse impact
What we are looking for:
- Business Improvement or process improvement experience/knowledge
- Project/Programme Management experience/knowledge
- Experience of working on Transformation projects, process analysis/improvement or change management
- Motivated, Has a “can do” Attitude, Inquisitive mind / wants to learn new skills, Is collaborative in nature
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work to tight deadlines with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Lean/Six sigma and process mapping tools (Microsoft Visio)
