Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-month contract)

About the role and the Team:
We're seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our HR department, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting exceptional individuals who will drive our company's success. This role requires a driven, organized, multi-tasker who is interested in applying their passion in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
What will you be doing?
Assist in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process
- Scheduling and holding candidate screening calls, and stage interviews at the start of the recruitment process
- Scheduling interviews in diaries
- Feeding back your first-stage interview information to the hiring managers
- Assigning e-skill and PI tests to candidates
- Collecting Candidate Interview Feedback Results
- Organizing and conducting Assessments in the Customer Support department
- Regular follow-up with the candidates involved in recruitment processes at Hyperoptic
- Preparing hiring strategy documents for managers, TA Partners and interviews
- Offering candidates, working closely with People Services and the IT team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Constructively rejecting unsuccessful candidates
Administration and reporting
- Regularly updating ATS
- Admin for high-volume recruitment
- Assisting with creating candidate packs – CV, PI, role description and any tests or assessments
- Assisting in TA team projects
What we are looking for:
- University degree in a business-relevant subject
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Great at establishing rapport with internal stakeholders
- Focused multitasker
