Job title: Telesales Associate
Location: Belgrade
About the role:
The main responsibility of the role is to sell Hyperoptic service to residential customers. The role is responsible to receive inbound sales calls and queries, answering customer's questions, do outbound calls, respond to emails and chat on a timely manner and signing them up to their optimal service. It is obligatory to talk customers through the best ways to match Hyperoptic to their personal needs.
What will you be doing?
- Receive inbound and outbound sales calls and queries
- Answer and convert the email enquiries and voicemails within agreed SLA
- Assist and convert real time chat sales enquiries
- Uphold the company procedures and processes
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
- At least high school degree and previous work experience
- Experience in explaining a service or product to customers
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Focus on product value as well as maintaining and improving high customer satisfaction level
- Ability to work in a competitive environment with a lot of opportunities to achieve great results and contribute to the company's overall success
- Flexibility to work in shifts
