I joined AIA in January 2016 and became an OIP employee 3 months later - in April 2016. Joining such a young and rapidly growing company allowed me to progress through the ranks as we grew. Just like everybody else at the time, I started out my career in OIP as an Assistant Underwriter. Over the years, my career path took me through the roles of Team Lead, Senior team Lead and Operations Manager, each one more challenging than the last one, but also more interesting and rewarding. At the time of writing this testimonial, I am in the process of preparing for my next major step up and transitioning into my newest role - the position of Director of Operations in Nis.
What distinguishes OIP from other companies is the sheer number of opportunities presented to employees who are willing to step up and take them - my career path so far being a great example.
